  • All items must be in new, unused condition with the original tags attached.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, along with instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer support team. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund for the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.
